All of our jewellery pieces are made to order, and we are pleased to offer a production and delivery guarantee of 10 working days for clients residing in the UK. We understand that our international clients may require extra time for delivery, and we ask that you allow for additional time for your item to arrive from overseas. On average, US residents can expect an additional week for delivery, although we strive to ship all items as soon as possible.
To ensure the safe and secure delivery of your order, all products are tracked, signed for, and sent via special delivery post. We take great care to package all items with protective packing and a gift box to ensure that your item reaches you in pristine condition.
If you would like to send a product directly to a gift recipient, we are pleased to offer a hand-written note service. Simply include this in your order details, and we will take care of the rest.
